Fascial Therapy Foundations FT1
Foundations
Fascial Therapy Foundations Course FT1 supports the 'live' instruction of FT taught internationally. A hybrid of direct myofascial MFR releasing methods with indirect osteopathic approaches to include diaphragm 'holding' techniques (Two Point) and blending joint and ligament structures with a method known as Fascial Articulations.
